At Batouta Voyages, when we say we support our guests from the first day to the last, we mean it. We provide assistance & follow up throughout your trip, both from our office and on site (tour leader + guide).
You never feel you are alone, even when you require some free time to venture around town on your own. We are either physically present or just a phone call away. We provide you with normal and emergency contacts and even before that, you always have all the advice and useful information you may need to make the most of your stay. Our aim is that you go back home with wonderful memories. Hassle-free travel is our job, and we do it well.
